As President of the Law Institute of Victoria, Belinda Wilson aims to inspire lawyers, to challenge daily habits and to think outside the usual confines, in the hope of keeping very talented people in the profession.
Linda understands the importance of the Law Institute of Victoria providing the very best services to members at an affordable price, making meaningful connections and increasing the LIV’s reputation as the clients’ trusted advisor, all of which she will continue to advocate for.
Belinda has been a regional practitioner since 2002, and is predominately based in Gippsland, and has a commercial background. She has also worked as Corporate Counsel and as the Chief Executive Officer for Port Phillip Bay Scallops.
Belinda currently has her own consulting business that provides a combination of legal, government and industry specific advice. She is also consulting at Sullivan Braham Pty Ltd, the firm where she was an articled clerk.
